| Posted: 29 Dec 2019 05:27 AM PST Just finished shadow a few hours ago. For those who dont know I am an ftper who has been playing since day 2 of open beta. I am almost 100% on all achievements as well. I need to do the puzzles get masters in draft (not a huge fan of draft) and a couple more draft achievements and i will be done. Thanks to Direwolf for giving me so many hours of entertainment and mental stimulation. and thanks to everyone i have played over the years except for those players who intentionally rope out their turn timers. | Please DWD, announce competitive events earlier Posted: 29 Dec 2019 07:28 AM PST I work in nursing and the job regularly requires me to work on sundays. If I'm up for a late or night shift I can't play in the elimination bracket if I qualify. If I know the date of an event by the middle of the preceeding month I usually have the opportunity to ask for an early shift on the weekend of the event. But for a current example I have two sunday late shifts in January. This means there is a 75% chance I will miss at least one of the two big events (QC and WCQ) that have been stated to happen in January. I've got my qualification for the QC, but stopped trying to get to a bye, because there is a good chance I won't be able to play. As a result I've played less Eternal than I otherwise would have. I'm not sure what benefit the late announcements have, but it is a big problem for me and has already in me not taking part in some events. [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 29 Dec 2019 06:20 AM PST Submitted a bug report but thought I would let others know in case they are planning to brew with that combo. 5 cost shapeshifter's mask only let me play 3 costs. If I find it only seems to not effect every card I will update the post. EDIT: Does not happen with mirror image. So it is either caused by the mask or weapons in general not counting the correct cost. EDIT 2: 100% weapon costs not updating. It happened on glacier shaper as well not counting the increased cost due to the relic. Spells seem to be working with the updated cost. [link] [comments] | ||

In my personal opinion most of these cards don't seem play able and here how i would of buff them to make them playable. | Idea for a “gentle” Endra nerf Posted: 28 Dec 2019 09:19 PM PST I think that changing Endra's "Summon" to "Onslaught" would keep her quite powerful and preserve (actually improve) her flavor, while making it less viable to structure an entire deck around making copies of her. I took this old Tavros plus Sword of Unity deck as a baseline: https://eternalwarcry.com/decks/d/i5ZnYPp9KSs/tavrod-now-with-50-more-op But I haven't really been able to do anything super unfair or entertaining. Blackhall warleader and intrepid as 2 drops gets the Minotaur density way up but, idk it just doesn't feel that strong. I'm coming back from a 15 month hiatus so if anyone has suggestions to like, get card advantage or deal with all the cheap removal that rekts Tavrod I'm all ears. [link] [comments] | ||
