Team Misplay & Comic

The Misplay is thrilled to make some major announcements! It's not about Hunter Pence, yet, sorry.

As of today, our website is live!

This also includes the very first Misplay comic, by our talented friend ToddoT.

We're also excited to share that The Misplay is expanding to include "Team Misplay". We have been fortunate to build a small community of friends over the last year because of the podcast. By combining forces (think Captain Planet), like many Eternal teams before us, we'll collectively strive to become better players, better members of the community, and perhaps, along the way, make a dent in the meta.

And maybe play not only Eternal, but whatever lies beyond as well.

None of this is possible without our Patrons. Thank you so much for your continued support. And an equally big thank you to Misplay member u/mlntn who created our phenomenal looking website.

Our podcast is, of course, out every other Tuesday. The web comic won't have a release schedule, so keep an eye out or follow us on Twitter, and we'll begin uploading Eternal -- but not exclusively Eternal -- articles to our website on a regular basis.

How much gold and shiftstone is enough to cap out all the playable rares and legendaries in a set?

The new set is coming soon and while I'm not looking to own a playset of everything, I would like to own a playset of all playables. Right now I have: 60k shiftstone, 4 draft tickets, 80k gold (16 draft tickets, for a total of 20). Is this enough, if I spend all the gold and the tickets?

Blessed Rain is an underrated market card

I rarely see this card used in any format, but being someone who plays Oni tribal and other aggro that's thirsty for aegis it's so good!

Smuggler on turn 3 to fetch Cleansing Rain for turn 4, and it's decimate ability gets rid of pesky permafrost and other curses. Don't know why it's not used more

How do you solve the Relics puzzle? (It seems to be different now.)

I'm stuck on the Basic:Relics puzzle. I gave up and searched for the solution online and it's different now that it was before.

My cards are a Char and a Ruin, vs a Torch and a Ruin in all the puzzle solutions.

Also, the enemy creatures aren't attacking like they are in the solutions, so I can't block and kill one to do the extra point of damage that the solutions show.

Any ideas?
