    I wanted to [edit: give] those of you who knew frequent Twitch stream chatter and TNT member breezo [edit: the news]. He passed away peacefully yesterday morning around 11am Central US time from complications of his heart attack and stroke in February. I wrote about my call with him in this post and and initial post.

    Breezo was a good player, but more importantly, a good person. He was easy going in that Cajun manner of his, and he loved Eternal. I will remember him for his crazy techs to counter specific meta decks he faced, our shared love of Radiohead, and the good times we had chatting in Twitch, talking in Discord, or playing one on one.

    Praxis trove Shared Destiny combo

    This is a combo list for throne that can get a tribute destiny First Flame on board as early as turn 5 (detailed explanation on EWC). As I said on EWC, this is a first untested version (just tested if the combo works in general, and it does), so play it at your own risk (it will probably change a lot over time) and even if this combo has potential the primal version (also mentioned on EWC) will probably be better, but First Flame is fun, so here we are.

    Argenport Supremacy

    As suspected, Argenport Armory is better than Rakano post-nerf in Expedition. I slotted in Impending Doom in the Telut 4-drop spot, which is somewhat of a nonbo with all the relic weapons, so if anyone has a better idea I'm all ears. (I considered Purgedriver, as there are a lot of targets in the format that it straight-up kills and that Annihilate can't touch, but its stats are weak otherwise.)

    Without an opposing Telut or a 7-7 Ijin to worry about, Argenport just cruises.

    Question about Ferlauk and discard effects

    So I was playing a Feln deck in Throne that runs Ferlauk, which plays when it is discarded. I was using an old EQC tournament deck, and doing pretty well. Then I decided to change things up and went off the rails a bit.

    So I added Rainfall Accord (draw 2 cards, then discard a card), which seemed to me like it should help as a discard engine, but when I discarded Ferlauk it did not play from my void.

    Same thing happened when I tried to use Herald's Song (draw a card, then discard a card).

    The effect works (plays from void when discarded) as I expected with Honor of Claws, Lightning Sprite, and the new Forbidden Research.

    There were no void related effects in play at the time (Gavel, Vanquishers Blade, etc).

    I'm assuming that I'm missing something, but I'm not sure what at this point. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Bug with Imbue

    Just watched Calebovitsch play two Feral Mandrakes from the void, trying to imbue both (one with a unit that was already on the board, second one with the first mandrake) and in the end, no unit was imbued? Seems like a bug with playing multiple Imbue units at the same time.

    After getting to Masters in Throne early in the month before Rakano Surge became the new meta I decided to make a Throne version. Had 3 copies of Marshall Ironthornes that I mainly used in my mono Justice deck, so decided to build around that and basically the expedition decks since he's not legal in expedition. Had a 14-2 run to start out with it in Masters, though it's pretty expensive to build. I'll try and put the deck list on here later. Gonna take out the Teluts after the nerf hits later today, not sure what I'll use in that 4 spot yet. Also there are a few cards I can do without to get it down from 83 to 75, just haven't done it yet. Any recommendations are welcome. Also recommendations for the Market because I haven't spent much time tinkering with that lol.
