Why do people complain about Cat but not Marley? Posted: 30 Jul 2020 09:46 AM PDT Both cards 187 a relic, but marley can silence units instead and can also finish games with her surge ability. IMO she seems far stronger than prideleader, but I've seen many long discussions about the cat and few about Marley. Is it because prideleader has ambush and sort of stalls aggro by blocking and providing a small lifegain? Or just that Rakano is so overpowered right now in expedition that complaining about Rakano is a proxy for complaining about Marley? [link] [comments] | ||

[Suggestion] Can we get full-rate disenchants on cards when they rotate out of expedition? Posted: 29 Jul 2020 04:53 PM PDT So, expedition is a fairly new mode that's only been around in earnest the past...3 sets? Set 6 was basically "set 1+", and it wasn't until set 7 that the format really got curated in earnest. To that end, given that a lot of people say LoR is more economically friendly (not sure I agree with that statement at all), I was wondering if it'd be possible to have the following policy on sets that leave expedition (as Flame of Xulta just rotated out, for instance): When a set leaves expedition--that is, when an old set rotates out, to use Standard MtG lingo, can we have a full-price disenchant on cards we may have crafted? That is, sometimes, people will craft legendary cards to stay competitive in expedition, only to find that they have no place in a more vicious throne environment, and be poorly equipped to make another deck. In light of such cases, I wonder if it'd be possible to have, say, a grace period of a few days after a new set releases if people want to break down some of the "legendaries for expedition only" cards they crafted. Thoughts? [link] [comments] |
