The Eternal Card Art Tournament - Analysis and Results Posted: 12 Aug 2020 08:04 AM PDT And so concludes the Eternal Card Art Tournament! It only took a month to really get a look at how poor the Eternal community's art taste is. :p I thought it was interesting to analyze some more specific details of the cards submitted, and which cards were successful to see if there was a theme to what does well art wise in Eternal. So for this portion of the post, I'll be sharing the information and data that I have gathered from the tournament. Details that I specifically looked at were factions, card types, and rarities. Additionally, I have posted the results of each individual round of the tournament in each section. Rounds #1-#32 Results Factions Card Types Rarity Rounds #33-#48 Results Factions Card Types Rarity Rounds #49-#56 Results* Factions Card Types Rarity *Round 50 originally ended at 50/50. The poll shown is the recounted poll. Rounds #57-#60 Results Factions Card Types Rarity Rounds #61 and #62 Results Factions Card Types Rarity And finally, the winner of the Eternal Card Art Tournament: Talir's Unwinding! Here are the Results of the final poll. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the artist of the Talir's Unwinding, but congratulations to whoever that is! If you had noted from the analysis of the data that I had posted, you may have seen that the common cards were horribly underrepresented. Due to this, my next planned tournament will be a similarly set up tournament, but showing exclusively Common cards. Theme Deck Quest not appearing Posted: 11 Aug 2020 09:04 PM PDT For the past few weeks, I've had this alert in the lower left of my quest page. I haven't found any explanation online other than "Feln Cunning is a theme deck that exists," and it's just been sitting there regardless of how full or empty my quest queue is.
