We have such a great community here in Eternal, to the point where I gave them the reigns and managed to draft a super sleek mono fire deck in the second iteration of Argent Depths Draft!

Does the customer service even exist?

I had a couple of bugs pop up since i started playing, so i reported them with my email included. I checked my email randomly since then, and now it's been well over a week since the first issue(which cost me some cards so is important enough). I have no response from them, and from what I've found that tends to be the usual result from sending in a ticket. Has anyone recieved responses from them or should I just consider that support section in the menu to be useless?
