Posted: 13 May 2021 05:54 AM PDT Good day, It feels like, more or less recently, Ive been getting very little variety in decks that I face, its mostly a sling deck or "something that runs exploit". Here and there a deck running grand surpressor + belax combo or some discard decks (usually running exploit as well) I get that people want those juicy rewards for their collection, but I personally still dont understand where the fun is in playing soemone else's deck, especially once you reach master rank. It has something satisfying to make your own deck, esp with a limited pool of cards when you start your collection, and still make it to Master. And then using those rewards to craft/add/replace cards and slowly seeing your deck work better and better Ive been playing this game for only 3 months, so maybe it is just a recent development. To me it felt like there was more variety in march and april but maybe that was because i was newer to the game. Id love to hear some opinions about this; Should cards that see so much play be nerfed/changed more regularly or would it hurt the game more then it would benefit its variety? (or would it even be better to buff less played cards?) Whats the reason people dont make their own decks? Lack of ideas? Lack of time? etc. Why are there hardly any control decks out there? Because games can last longer? (I mainly play control and there is this one guy that always conceded predraw and once said he just doesnt like long games) Have a great day everyone [link] [comments] |
