Welcome to Ep.47.of the Farming Eternal Podcast. In this episode Patrick and Hatsonlamps talk about the new cards that entered into this short format--set 7.9 (the draft preview). The format is only going to be around for a week, but a lot of things have changed and they want to set everyone up for success. They discuss the 5 3-faction identities as well as many interesting cards and some synergies and strategies that DWD snuck into the draft packs. Is everything going to change in a week? Free Pack already claimed - 3 weeks in a row

For the last 3 weeks I have been unable to claim the free pack that comes with the newsletter. Instead of a pack I get a message saying "That code has already been redeemed."

Last week I attempted to claim the pack less than 10 minutes after recieving the email.

Anyone else having this problem?

I've known about this game for awhile, but the MTG arena is getting stale to the point I would like a change.

In your opinion, is the Gauntlet Boss daily quest worth the grind (tilt)?

This is happening way too often: I get to the boss without encountering any challenge, and then I get a double power screw (first hand and mulligan, and there is no a third mulligan in Gauntlet) or the boss gets some ridiculously fast synergy openings that end my run.

Almost half the time I do the quest it takes me 14 games, and even when it's 7 games it's just mind numbing compared to playing Ranked. Is it even worth the time for a gold chest? I might just reroll it the next time I see it.

I've been messing around with a mandrake list and found that unlike the clones created by Ila and Mizo's mastery, mirror image clones have the mastery level of the original. A sweet line of play is giving Ila and Mizo killer, killer something then copy it so when the clone killers mastery triggers and you get a fresh killer clone. Also Ila and Mizo is fun with Alhed!

I noticed it first on the new Strangers, but then started noticing them on cards from Flame of Xulta too. Weird crystals in faction colors, on people's arms. Do we know what they are?

2/6/20 Update

Fixed an issue where some cards would incorrectly remember their previous states when returned from the Void or would appear on the playmat with negative health values.
Improved the hinting for Water Conjuring.
Fixed an issue where Agent of Purpose would not apply its targeting VFX correctly.
